Wounded Warrior Project: Leading from the Front
The Sanford C. Bernstein & Co. Center for Leadership and Ethics Case Series
In 2013 the Wounded Warrior Project was facing a significant inflection point. For all the organization’s success in its 10 year history, it now needed to prepare for the change brought by the end of US involvement in two long-standing wars. In order to ensure future success, it sought to have a board in place capable of defining and directing the organization. This case asks students to consider what governance policies and practices would ensure its continued success.
