Professor Harrigan, who teaches courses in strategic management and turnaround management, is a specialist in corporate strategy, industry and competitor analysis, diversification strategy, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, turnarounds, industry restructurings and competitive problems of mature- and declining-demand businesses.
