T - A Term, 09:00AM to 12:15PM

Instructor: John Livingston

This Seminar focuses on global demand for real estate, including human and
business demographics, success factors in development, public/private
transactions, infrastructure and green investments, and characteristics of
developed and emerging real estate markets.  These topics complement Real Estate Finance and are not duplicative.

Through reading assignments, case studies, guest speakers, and classroom
discussion of topical events, students will be introduced to a broad array of
the components of real estate, so that they will be able to perform a
basic analysis of real estate opportunities and understand the lexicon of the
industry.
