Using the paradigm developed in previous classes, this course builds a framework for financial decision making in an international setting. International capital budgeting and the determination of the appropriate cost of capital are examined in the context of direct foreign investment, leveraged buyouts, initial public offerings, equity carve out, and international mergers and acquisitions.
