In this course, we discuss the evolution of the bond and loan markets, and the behavior of market participants from peak to trough and back again in the past decade. Through lectures, cases and guest speakers, we discuss through-cycle changes in valuation, structure, capital raising, liquidity and other investor considerations.
This syllabus provides four things: 1) reading assignments, 2) a course outline; 3) course policies and procedures; and 4) a description of assignments.
