Professor Eric Johnson received the Distinguished Scientific Achievement Award at the 2012 Society for Consumer Psychology Winter Conference.


Professor Eric Johnson received the Distinguished Scientific Achievement Award at the 2012 Society for Consumer Psychology Winter Conference. The Distinguished Scientific Achievement Award recognizes and rewards outstanding lifelong research contributions to the field of Consumer Psychology. This year the award was given to Professor Eric Johnson for his work on adaptive decision making, e-commerce, the various effects of loss aversion, and the development of query theory. Professor Johnson is one of the most cited and influential researchers in consumer psychology.
