The Entrepreneurship and Competitiveness in Latin America (ECLA) Program is an executive program for entrepreneurial leaders of medium-sized companies who seek specialized training to expand their business beyond borders and compete in today’s changing environment.

Professionalizing Companies: Process Improvement and Growth

In a combination of classroom training, distance learning, international immersion and project work, students in the ECLA Program complete six learning modules over the course of 13 months.
