OrgSync is the front end system utilized by faculty, staff and students for creating and managing events here at Columbia Business School. OrgSync talks directly to 25Live to allow you to book a room or multiple rooms, for your events or meetings. For students, OrgSync will also be the application used for managing their student clubs. The links below provide documentation, recorded classroom training sessions and screen casts to help you use OrgSync.
Operates as the main database for all room reservations including all classroom booking. Using this product, you'll be able to quickly review a group of rooms and their availability for a given date. 25Live also provides a significant upgrade to our old processes for scheduling course sessions and ensuring that CBS is utilizing our available rooms as efficiently as possible. You don't have to use 25Live first, but it makes planning your events easier if you know room availability ahead of creating your event.
To help schedule your meeting or event, first review the 25Live Calendar to review available rooms. There is no need to login. Just click the Public Location Searches link you want to review.
