About The Competition:
The Crain’s New York Business Perfect Pitch Competition empowers Columbia University entrepreneurs to hone their media pitch skills while competing to receive a Best Media Pitch Award from Crain’s New York Business.
The competition will be open to attendance by the broader Columbia community, including the public, and will provide an engaging opportunity to learn about effective media pitching and see entrepreneurs and journalists in action. The competition’s finalists will be interviewed live by the competition’s judging panel comprised of staff from Crain’s New York Business. Details are below.
Contestants representing a variety of Columbia schools/programs including Columbia Business School, The Fu Foundation School of Engineering and Applied Science, Mailman School of Public Health, Barnard College, The School of the Arts, and the Columbia Community Business Program will compete this year.
