Custom Social Enterprise Programs
Columbia Business School Executive Education also creates custom Social Enterprise executive education programs to meet the development requirements of individual organizations. Our faculty members tailor sessions in a broad range of disciplines to address the unique challenges confronting your organization.
With their extensive backgrounds in the public, nonprofit, and private sectors, Columbia Business School Executive Education faculty members bring the best in new ideas and practices to your organization.
While midsize and larger organizations frequently rely on Custom Programs to support comprehensive change management or leadership initiatives, smaller organizations can supplement their use of Open Enrollment Programs with customized follow-up components.
Our Custom Programs can range in length from days to several weeks, typically consist of 15 to 30 participants and can include midlevel or senior executives or both. Programs can incorporate case analyses, lectures, small-group discussions, simulations, individual and team projects, self-assessment instruments, 360-degree feedback, and individual coaching.
Columbia Business School Executive Education has worked with a variety of clients, including programs for Ariane de Rothschild Fellows, the Center for Curatorial Leadership, the Girl Scouts of America, and the King Khalid Foundation. Two long-standing programs serve the New York City government: the Police Management Institute and the Fire Department Officers Management Institute.
Find the right program for you, a blend of scholarly research and practical approaches, delivered as only Columbia can deliver.
