Open Enrollment Social Enterprise Programs
Columbia Business School Executive Education’s Social Enterprise open enrollment programs are designed to address the specific needs of nonprofit professionals at various stages of their executive development.
The Senior Leaders Program for Nonprofit Professionals takes place one week a month for four months and is designed for upper- and senior-level nonprofit professionals who are responsible for directing their organizations' mission, direction, and policies. In addition to classroom training in leadership and management, participants complete an individualized plan, with the assistance of their peers and facilitators, for their respective organizations.
The Developing Leaders Program is a week-long program for midlevel managers, including program directors and administrators, as well as executive directors of small community-based organizations who will become tomorrow's leaders. It focuses on tools for developing leadership talent.
Each program is designed to help professionals develop the necessary skills to help their organizations today and in the years to come.
