During this complimentary 30–minute webinar, Professor Horton, faculty director of the Senior Leaders Program for Nonprofit Professionals, will provide an introduction to his model that helps leaders make tough decisions by assessing the tradeoffs of volume, efficiency, and quality while still maintaining their organization's mission and values. Matt Harty, deputy director of the Programs in Social Enterprise, will discuss how the model is incorporated into participants' personal cases during the program.
