This event covers how nonprofits can use the resources they have to manage change in today's complex environment. After the 30–minute event, participants will:

  • Have an overarching framework of action steps needed to implement change successfully
  • Know specific examples of best practices of these action steps
  • Understand how to appraise managers as agents of change — what they do well versus less well
  • Managing change is an increasingly important topic for nonprofit professionals as the economic climate continues to strain resources while demand grows.

During the webinar, Professor Ray Horton, director of the Programs in Social Enterprise, and Matt Harty, deputy director of the Programs in Social Enterprise, also will discuss how the challenge of managing change is incorporated into the Developing Leaders Program.
