Organizing the trip to Spain was the biggest leadership opportunity of the entire MBA experience. Being able to close interviews with top institutions, companies, and organizations in my country, and sharing a piece of my life with a group of CBS friends, made the Chazen trip the best week of my first year. It is a lot of work, but it is fully rewarding; you are able to create a huge network of contacts within your country, get to know a lot of fellow CBS students, and contribute and give back to the school and your country. In a very demanding world, Chazen provides an opportunity to broaden your perspectives and demonstrate true leadership.
