Important Information for Attendees

OCTOBER 9–12, 2014

We look forward to welcoming all of our guests in Singapore for the 2014 Pan-Asian Reunion! As you prepare for the weekend, please keep these details in mind:

Dress Code
Friday and Saturday Daytime Programming: Attire for the daytime program is business casual.

Friday Welcome Reception, Saturday Cocktail Reception, and Gala Dinner: Cocktail attire is suggested for the Welcome Reception on Friday evening and for the Cocktail Reception and Gala Dinner on Saturday evening.

Transportation
Shuttle transportation will be provided for all guests during the Pan-Asian Reunion. Shuttles will transport guests to the Ritz-Carlton, Millenia from the Raffles Hotel, Mandarin Oriental Hotel, and the Pan Pacific Hotel.

All Pan-Asian Reunion participants will be responsible for arranging their own transportation to their hotel from the airport, based on their individual flight arrangements. Taxis are available at Changi International Airport. Below is a list of recommended taxi providers:

Event Check-in and Registration Support
For event check-in and registration support, please visit our Pan-Asian Reunion registration desk, located on Level 1 - Grand Gallery B at the Ritz-Carlton, Millenia hotel. The registration desk will be available to alumni and guests during the following dates and times:

• Thursday, October 9 from 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
• Friday, October 10 from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Saturday, October 11 from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

If you are unable to check-in during the daytime symposium, event check-in will also be available during the Welcome Reception at the Alkaff Mansion on Friday, October 10 from 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

Thursday Coach Reception
There is still time to register for the Coach Reception at the Coach Wisma Atria store on Thursday, October 9 from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. If you are interested in attending the Coach Reception, please email us at pan-asia@gsb.columbia.edu. Shuttle bus services will depart from the Ritz-Carlton, Millenia hotel from 5:30 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.

A list of restaurants is available on our website for anyone who wants to organize dinners following the Coach Reception at the Wisma Atria Shopping Mall.

Friday Post-Welcome Reception Dinner Options
A list of restaurants is available on our website for anyone who wants to organize dinners following the Welcome Reception at the Alkaff Mansion.

Dietary Needs
If you have already indicated special dietary needs, please notify your server at all served meals throughout the weekend.

WiFi Access
There will be free WiFi throughout the Ritz-Carlton, Millenia for your convenience. If you require assistance accessing the internet, please visit the Solution Station, located on Level 1 - Grand Gallery B.

Get up-to-the-minute updates about the weekend by liking our Facebook page. Additionally, you can add to the conversation on Twitter and Instagram by using #CBSPanAsia. The two people whose Instagram #CBSPanAsia photos get the most likes will receive a special CBS-branded gift post-event!

Photos
Photos will be available for download via the Alumni Relations Flickr account approximately two weeks after the Pan-Asian Reunion.
