Regina Resnick
Associate Dean and Managing Director, Career Management Center   


Regina Resnick joined the administration at Columbia Business School in 1996. She oversees a team of employer relations specialists and career education and advising professionals as well as Columbia coaches and peer career fellows. She counsels students in all aspects of career development and the job search and works with corporations and other MBA hiring organizations to help them develop recruiting strategies. Ms. Resnick and her team conduct extensive outreach efforts to encourage recruiters to hire exceptional Columbia Business School talent.

Ms. Resnick speaks frequently at various educational and corporate recruiting conferences and serves on select MBA recruiting-related advisory boards. She was a 1998 recipient of the School’s Robert W. Lear Award for extraordinary commitment to the student body.

Prior to coming to Columbia, Ms. Resnick was a partner at the advertising and communications firm Bozell Worldwide. She worked with a variety of clients including Avis, Joseph E. Seagram & Sons, Merrill Lynch, Pfizer, and the American Craft Museum.
