Generational Research Study Launched for Class of 2015

Enhancing Your Career Success in a Multi-Generational Workplace


The Private Equity Program in collaboration with Damon J. Phillips, James P. Gorman Professor of Business Strategy is conducting research to explore the attitudes / preferences among the five generations in today’s workplace on a variety of topics ranging from life in general to career progression and aspirations.

The first phase of the research involves incoming students of Fall 2013 - read the invitation to participate from Donna M. Hitscherich Senior Lecturer in Discipline in Business Finance and Economics and Director of the Private Equity Program and Professor Phillips: Welcome Class of 2015.
