Leadership Coaching
The Program on Social Intelligence provides Leadership Coaching to all first-year Columbia Business School students. Our coaches meet with students in one-on-one sessions, helping them connect the dots in their 360-degree assessments and develop an action plan for further professional growth. Select second-year students are offered additional coaching as part of the Peer Advisor Program and the elective course, Advanced Seminar on Leading Teams.
