PSI: Navigating Careers
This stream of Program on Social Intelligence activities focuses on helping students gain insight and results from their career search. Early assessment, followed by Career Services coaching and management class exercises, is a springboard for setting goals and choosing the right opportunities. Fall workshops provide opportunities to enhance networking and interview skills. Executive coaching in the spring focuses goals for development during the summer internship. The process continues in the second year with related coaching and elective courses and later through resources available to alumni during career transitions.
