Annual Real Estate Alumni Reception
The network of Columbia Business School real estate graduates is exceptionally strong and growing. Each year, hundreds of alumni reconnect with former classmates and meet new friends at the Annual Real Estate Alumni Reception, the largest real estate alumni activity at the School.
The next reception will take place on Thursday, May 8, 2014, and will honor Hugh R. Frater ’85 as the Distinguished Real Estate Partner. Mr. Frater is Chief Executive Officer of Berkadia Commercial Mortgage, a highly rated master and primary servicer and a top-tier commercial real estate loan originator and investment sales advisor. Berkadia has over 1400 employees in over 60 offices servicing over $230 billion in commercial mortgage loans and financing or selling over $14 billion in property annually.
