Real Estate Alumni Reception

The network of Columbia Business School real estate graduates is exceptionally strong and growing. Each year, hundreds of alumni reconnect with former classmates and meet new friends at the Annual Real Estate Alumni Reception, the largest real estate alumni activity at the School.

2014 Annual Real Estate Alumni Reception

The reception took place on Thursday, May 8, 2014, and honored Hugh R. Frater ’85 as the Distinguished Real Estate Partner. Mr. Frater is CEO of Berkadia Commercial Mortgage, a highly rated master and primary servicer and a top-tier commercial real estate loan originator and investment sales advisor. Berkadia has over 1400 employees in over 60 offices servicing over $230 billion in commercial mortgage loans and financing or selling over $14 billion in property annually.

Thanks to all who attended. For those who were unable to join in the festivities, we hope you enjoy seeing your classmates and friends virtually in the slideshow below. Over 200 real estate alumni reconnected at the Columbia Club on May 8, 2014. After the reception, the Real Estate Association hosted an After-Party at Cellar Bar at the Bryant Park Hotel.
