Real Estate Curriculum

To specialize in real estate at Columbia Business School, students should take Real Estate Finance, the gateway course, plus at least three additional courses from the following group of recommended real estate electives.

Global Real Estate Investment (mini) (B8399-002) spring B term Real Estate Finance (B8314) is a prerequisite or by permission of the Finance Department Chair.
