Request and Schedule Events

Printer-friendly versionPrinter-friendly version

Recruiters should submit presentation date requests through COIN, our online career management system.

We will begin evaluating Presentation requests when interview dates are finalized and will attempt to accommodate date and time preferences, but the presentation calendar will be based on the interview calendar. Initial requests will be finalized by June 27, 2014, in the order in which they were received. Questions can be addressed to Natalie Rios at 212-854-8224.

Please review the Presentation Calendar for dates and times that are available for On-Campus Presentations.

Since classes and guest-speaker and social events take place every night at Columbia Business School, it is impossible to offer a conflict-free date and time for prerecruiting presentations.

Step 1: Select your preferred dates

Since presentation dates are closely tied to the interview cycle you select, your interview dates must be confirmed before you schedule a presentation.

Step 2: Request dates

Submit three choices of dates as well as your preferred times and locations through COIN. We will then review requests and you will be contacted to confirm your presentation date(s) and an appropriate venue. Since we try to avoid conflicts among programs with the same industry function or geographical focus, it is often difficult to make changes once a date is set.

Step 3: Reserve space

Immediately contact the site manager of your preferred campus facility to discuss space arrangements, refreshments, and audiovisual needs. Click here for information about Facility and A/V Rental.
