Welcome to recruiting at Columbia Business School! We look forward to working with you to help you get to know our diverse group of MBAs who thrive on challenges both inside and outside the classroom.

Whether you recruit MBA talent on a structured or ad hoc basis, the Career Management Center will partner with you to make your efforts as effective and efficient as possible. We think there is great value in formal on-campus recruiting. If your firm does participate in formal on-campus recruiting, please pay close attention to the guidelines regarding scheduling, interviewing candidates, and extending offers.

The Career Management Center team is ready to assist you with your recruiting efforts in any way we can.

Cordially,
Regina Resnick
Associate Dean and Managing Director of the Career Management Center
