The Richard Paul Richman Center for Business, Law, and Public Policy supports Columbia University's JD/MBA program, offered by Columbia Business School and Columbia Law School. The Columbia JD/MBA dual degree can be completed in either three or four years. The new Three-Year JD/MBA Program is designed for highly motivated students who seek a deep education in both law and business, and who wish to complete their studies and enter the job market a year earlier than traditional joint-degree programs allow. Courses are taught by highly regarded faculty at the Business School and the Law School. Students take a combination of core courses that provide the essential foundation and electives that target their areas of interest.
Applicants to the JD/MBA program must be accepted by both Columbia Business School and Columbia Law School through separate applications. Read more about the admissions process.
