Andrea Turner Moffitt MBA ’07
Andrea Turner Moffitt is a Vice President in the
Institutional Clients Group at Citi where she is responsible for the
origination and execution of official agency-enhanced loans in emerging market
countries. She has led a variety of
corporate and project finance transactions across Latin
America totaling over US$ 1 billion in debt financings in several
industries including power, transportation, cement and financial
institutions. Ms. Turner Moffitt has
worked with a multitude of Official Agencies and international commercial
investors and is an expert in the policies and initiatives of the US Export Import
Bank, the Overseas Private Investment Corporation and the International Finance
Corporation (IFC).
Prior to joining Citi, Ms. Turner Moffitt spent
four years working in the financial services industry. Most recently, Ms.
Turner Moffitt was as a Research Analyst at Muirfield Capital Management where
she assisted in managing a US$ 500 million portfolio of underlying hedge fund
positions. She also worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Robertson
Stephens and spent time in the Financial Markets Group at the IFC.
Ms. Turner Moffitt currently supports a
number of organizations including serving as an Official Advisor to the Center
for Work Life Policy, a Co-Chair for Columbia
Business School’s
Social Enterprise Program
Circle Academy
and a junior committee member of the Brooklyn Kindergarten Society. She is also actively involved with numerous
women’s networks including 100 Women in Hedge Funds and the Financial Women’s
Association where she is a member of the Microfinance Committee.
Ms.
Turner holds a MBA and a Master of International Affairs with a concentration
in International Finance from Columbia
University. She received
her BA in Latin American Studies with minors in Spanish and Business from Tulane University.
