Filippo de Vecchi ’95

Filippo de Vecchi is currently pursuing private equity investments through his
own investment vehicle, Fedeclama HK Limited.

Mr. de Vecchi retired from Advent International in 2021 after 22 years carried out
across 4 offices in three continents: Latin America, Europe and more recently
Asia. His most recent assignment at Advent was to carry out the start up of the
operations in China, including opening the offices in Shanghai and in Hong Kong,
hiring the team and leading the transactions, portfolio management and exit
processes. Transactions where Mr. de Vecchi was involved while at Advent included Bioduro, King Koil/Serta China, The Learning Lab, Gruppo Argenta, Venere and Atrium Telecom.

Before joining Advent, Mr. de Vecchi was a senior consultant with Value Partners
in São Paulo and Milan, where he focused on strategy and organization within the
automotive, energy, cable, and media sectors. He began his career at Wasserstein
Perella & Co., working as an analyst in the Mergers and Acquisitions department
in London and New York.

Mr. de Vecchi holds an undergraduate degree cum laude in economics, with a
major in business administration, from the Libera Università Internazionale degli
Studi Sociali (LUISS) Guido Carli in Rome, Italy, and an MBA from Columbia
Business School.
