Ideal Clients: Mid careerists with 20 plus years of experience looking to explore similar/related or new fields; recently promoted managers who are new at dealing with staff; new hires dealing with onboarding; or overseas managers returning to work in the States.

Bradford Agry is a seasoned career and executive coach. For over 30 years, he has worked with individuals in a number of industries, ranging from consumer package goods, to consulting, to investment banking, helping them both access and actualize future career paths. He also works with individuals who are satisfied with their current job situations, but are looking to be more productive and better leaders. He works with a variety of vocational situations as well, including mid-career transition, returning to the workforce after an absence, contemplating entrepreneurial pursuits, and post-retirement “encore” careers. He utilizes a practical, assignment-driven approach to coaching. As such, he emphasizes client goal-setting and ongoing accountability. The client is actively engaged throughout the whole process. An up-front strategic assessment session yields a structured career exploration plan. The plan is meant to be a flexible guide, which can be modified depending on what is discovered in work that the client undertakes. He emphasizes the importance of this as the link between strategy and actual openings. He counts among his clients a long-term consulting relationship with Mullin and Associates, a leading international career advisory company. In this capacity, he has coached individuals in multiple industries, including financial services, healthcare, and cosmetics.

For the past 8 years, he has been retained by Columbia Business School to coach leadership development. He has also worked extensively with non-profits, providing leadership training and ongoing coaching. For the Church Pension Fund, he serves as a vocational faculty member for CREDO, an ongoing clergy wellness program. For this client, he facilitates in both large and small group capacities on a variety of topics including work-life balance, leadership, and team-building. He is also experienced in developing coaching programs for the Episcopal Church Foundation. This has encompassed formulation of a coaching model and its implementation among a wide range of clergy and laity as well as providing coaching to a variety of ministers.
