Value Based Leadership Driving Business as a Force For Good
In this rapidly changing and demanding world, purposeful companies are in increasing demand.
This event explores the practice of Value Based Leadership with Professor Ludo van der Heyden and Britta Bureau. Fair Process Leadership is an integrative approach to Leadership that emphasizes high levels of transparency and open engagement with stakeholders.
Professor Ludo Van Der Heyden will share insights from his research comparing the leadership styles of Bernadotte versus Napoleon, and how value based leadership made longer impact and affected Sweden. Professor Van Der Heyden outlines the process of Fair Process Leadership, an integrative approach to Leadership that emphasises high levels of transparency and open engagement with stakeholders, resulting in better decision-making and leadership.
Britta Bureau, CEO KPA Pension, will share her story on how she is building the company on the basis of business as a force for good, and how she is utilising value based leadership to facilitate the journey. Britta is also Chairman of the Swedish Scout Association and will share how they are using value based leadership to make an impact.
The presentations will be followed by a facilitated discussion with the presenters and the participants. Food and beverages will be served.
