The note consists of four sections plus attachments. The first section states the goals, structure, and content of the IBS curriculum. The second provides an overview of the perspectives that you can incorporate into classroom learning. The third consists of three perspectives (values-based leadership, corporate social responsibility, and corporate governance) to teaching ethics at Columbia Business School. The fourth section is a brief summary of the intellectual foundations to teaching ethics. This a teaching note devised specifically to be used in Columbia Business School’s IBS curriculum.
