This two part simulation engages students in a group exercise meant to illustrate the dynamics and complexities of multi-party negotiations. The exercises are intended to demonstrate how relationships can form and exert influence—and provides an opportunity for students to reflect on the importance of communication and trust in the formation and maintenance of relationships within their own organizations and with individuals from other organizations.
