Anna Hilke is the Assistant Director for the Leadership Lab. Anna manages the Lead 360 assessment process for both MBAs and EMBAs. The Lead 360 assessment produces a report for each student, integrating feedback from a student's classmates and coworkers. Anna also organizes the Leadership Lab executive coaching program. She coordinates the Leadership Lab's Author Talk series, Action Learning series, and workshops, bringing hands-on leadership development opportunities to students. Prior to joining the Business School in May 2016, Anna was a Project Coordinator at Korn Ferry and a Neuroscience and Education Lab Research Assistant at NYU. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis and an M.A. in Developmental Psychology, Teachers College (expected graduation 2020). Anna is from St. Paul, Minnesota. She mentors a high school student in the Bronx through iMentor and has completed two improv courses at the Upright Citizens Brigade.
