Elizabeth Gordon is the Senior Director in Columbia CaseWorks. Elizabeth develops teaching case studies for Business School faculty to use in their classrooms. Faculty can reach out to discuss cases that they wish to develop at any time, and Elizabeth's team provides the resources to research and write the case. In addition, she engages with students and alumni that bring ideas for cases. Prior to joining the Business School in December 2003, Elizabeth worked in finance for media and manufacturing companies. She then moved to market research and ultimately strategic planning in financial services. A stint overseas included strategy and marketing consulting for firms including HBO, DuPont, and KPMG. She also worked at Harvard as a Research Associate researching and writing cases. Elizabeth holds an A.B. from Harvard College and an MBA from Columbia Business School. Elizabeth is from St. Louis, Missouri and spent five years living in Hungary. She speaks Hungarian, Spanish and French.
