Olivia Haynes is the Director in the Sanford C. Bernstein & Co. Center for Leadership and Ethics. Olivia oversees the development and implementation of the Center's leadership and ethics programming and curricular touch points, communications, fundraising, alumni outreach, and student engagement. Prior to joining the Business School in September 2016, Olivia worked at St. John's University in New York as Director of Student Engagement for the School of Education, Assistant Director of Transfer Student Services, and Admissions Counselor for the Undergraduate Admissions Office. Olivia holds a B.A. in History and Russian from the College of the Holy Cross and a Master's Degree in International Communications from St. John's University. Olivia was born in Suffern, New York and grew up in Wilton, Connecticut. She is an avid runner and loves spending time with her family and friends. She presented her Master's Thesis, "Changing the Frames: Communicating Climate Change Effectively" at the Academic Council for the United Nations System in Istanbul, Turkey.
