Biography
Olivia Haynes is the Director of The Sanford C. Bernstein & Co. Center for Leadership and Ethics at Columbia Business School and Co-Director of The Reuben Mark Initiative for Organizational Character and Leadership. In this role, she oversees the development and implementation of Center programming, curricular initiatives, faculty and student engagement, communications, and alumni outreach. Prior to joining Columbia Business School, Olivia held a variety of leadership roles at St. John’s University in Queens, NY, most recently as the Director of Student Engagement for The School of Education.
Olivia received her Bachelor of Arts in History and Russian from The College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts, and her Master’s Degree in International Communications from St. John’s University. She presented her Master’s Thesis, “Changing the Frames: Communicating Climate Change Effectively,” at the Academic Council for the United Nations System in Istanbul, Turkey.
Olivia is an avid runner and loves spending time with her family and friends.
