Paul Canetti is the founder and CEO of MAZ, a New York-based technology company whose CMS and distribution tools have powered over one thousand mobile, TV, and wearable apps and websites for companies like Bloomberg, Hearst, Forbes, USA Today, and Fast Company. MAZ was named one of Entrepreneur Magazine’s “Best Entrepreneurial Companies in America” in 2016, and Paul was named one of Inc.'s “30 Under 30 World’s Coolest Young Entrepreneurs”.
Having previously worked at Apple, Paul's focus is at the intersection of technology, design, and media, particularly with regards to emerging technologies. He teaches at Columbia Business School and General Assembly on topics like user experience, product management, employee experience, and technology trends.
Paul is also a consultant and advises executives at Fortune 500 companies such as Walmart, Unilever, and American Express about UX, mobile strategy and entrepreneurial thinking. Paul is frequently featured as an industry expert for Bloomberg News and Business Insider, and also writes about tech and hosts a podcast called Wizardest.
