Thomas Brown is the Senior Director, Accounts Payable and Purchasing in Financial Planning. He is responsible for managing all budget processes and procedures along with programming administration for the Office of Student Affairs. Before starting in his current position, Thomas was a Senior Purchasing Manager, Purchasing Manager, and Director of Purchasing. He started at the Business School in March 2008. He holds an Associates of Applied Science from LaGuardia Community College and a degree in Business Management and Economics from SUNY Empire State College. Thomas is from New York City.
