Thomas Monaco is the Executive Director for Experienced Professionals Career Management in the Career Management Center. Tom manages the team that provides career services to the Business School Alumni and EMBA students. He oversees the development of career education programs, online resources, and conducts one-on-one career advising and executive coaching meetings with working professionals. Prior to joining the Business School in August 1996, Tom worked in accounting and finance at Ernst & Young and Bear Stearns Mortgage Capital Corporation. He has also worked in microfinance and international development in Tanzania and as an ESL instructor in Prague. Tom was formerly the Director of Career Services at Fordham's Graduate School of Business. He holds a B.A. from Villanova University in Accounting and an M.S. in Higher Education & Student Affairs from The Ohio State University. Tom was born and raised in Yonkers. He is a volunteer teacher of ESL at an Adult Education program and takes in dogs as a foster through Adopt-A-Boxer-Rescue.
