Student Records

Student privacy and access to information is important. Columbia Business School follows the guidelines of The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act or FERPA, a federal law designed to protect students’ rights and the privacy of their educational records.

The Business School will not publish student information outside of directory information to the general public without express written consent from the student. The student directory is primarily available to Columbia Business School members, and students are able to limit what information they would like shared in the directory.

The school may disclose records to allowed parties and for the reasons specified in FERPA. For more complete information, please visit the Department of Education Website: or you may call 1-800-USA-LEARN (1-800-872-5327) (voice). Individuals who use TDD may call 1-800-437-0833.

To access an online copy of your transcript, students may login to Student Services Online (SSOL) or students may request a formal transcript through the University Registrar.
