CampusGroups is the front-end system used by students, faculty, and staff for creating and managing events at CBS. CampusGroups talks directly to 25Live to allow you to book rooms for your events or meetings. For students, CampusGroups will also be the application used for managing their organizations and clubs. Click through for further information and a brief recording on events creation/scheduling to help you use CampusGroups. View support documents and training videos.

25Live is the system of record for room reservations at CBS, including all classroom booking. Using this product, you'll be able to quickly review a group of rooms and their availability for a given date. You don't have to use 25Live, but it makes planning your events easier if you know room availability ahead of creating your event. To help schedule your meeting or event, first review the 25Live Calendar to find available rooms. There is no need to login. Just click the Public Location Searches link for the set of rooms you are interested in.

Community Mailing Lists

In addition to CampusGroups' messaging capabilities, student club officers can use Community mailing lists to communicate with their clubs' members.
