Join us for an intense introduction to how executives can become sponsors for women leaders in their organization. Taught by the faculty director of our Women in Leadership program, Rita McGrath, this three-hour event is based on years of research on how to be an effective sponsor — and benefit from reverse mentoring — for women in leadership roles. If you have a mandate to become an organizational change agent for the female talent in your organization, this short, high-impact session may be just the starting point you’re looking for.
✓ Effectively give feedback to and receive it from your female talent
✓ Identify and implement sponsorship plans for one or more of the women leaders on your team
✓ Create more effective systems for promotion with inclusivity in mind
✓ Implement a ‘reverse mentoring’ approach in your organization to shift from assimilating high-potential female leaders into the organization to actively working to make the organization more inclusive by removing barriers you may never have noticed
