Program Overview

Experts predict that even after the pandemic is behind us, virtual work is here to stay as most employees would prefer to have a hybrid option of work. This new normal brings about a considerable shift in how we lead, engage, and drive our teams and employees. The reality is that most leaders are not trained to lead virtually and are often caught between expectations and reality from both their organizations and their employees.

This intensive, three-hour virtual program offers insights, tools, and best practices to inspire and engage your virtual workforce and drive them towards high performance. Based on extensive research and experimentation during the pandemic as well as timeless insights from the science of human nature, the program offers a toolkit that will make you an effective virtual leader. The format is designed to be interactive and practical. If you are ready to reinvent yourself to be a better virtual leader emerging from the pandemic, this program is for you.
