He is a professor of Practice at Columbia Business School, where he has won many awards for his popular class on Personal Leadership and Success, including the Dean’s Award for Teaching Excellence. He is also the founder of Mentora Institute, where he counsels C-suite executives on leadership and culture.
 

Raghu Krishnamoorthy
Former Chief Human Resources Officer,

Raghu Krishnamoorthy is an award-winning researcher, speaker, and thought leader on the future of work. He retired as the CHRO of General Electric and is now pursuing his doctorate from University of Pennsylvania. He is also a senior faculty at the Mentora Institute and coaches and consults with C-suite level executives and HR organizations.
