Professor Raymond Horton, the Frank R. Lautenberg Professor of Ethics and Corporate Governance, Faculty Director, Programs in Social Enterprise, Executive Education and Founder of the Tamer Center for Social Enterprise retired on June 30, 2020 from the Management Division of Columbia Business School. After receiving his B.A. from Grinnell College, his J.D. from Harvard Law School, and his Ph.D. in Political Science from Columbia University, Professor Horton joined Columbia Business School in 1970. He has been a steady source of support for faculty, students and staff and provided encouragement and guidance to the entire division and the school. This year, he was honored with the Presidential Teaching Award. This award is given to only five faculty throughout the university per year.
