The cornerstone of the Global Leadership Matrix (GLeaM) Program is a free online portal, which makes available a diverse collection of assessment tools and content to help individuals and organizations improve their leadership ability. The site offers a suite of research-validated tools, including Network Analysis, Time Management, and Motivational Style, along with personalized feedback across a range of vital leadership competencies. Participants can compare their results to other GLeaM users in a variety of industries around the globe.

The anonymous data collected from the GLeaM website enables further research by a team of distinguished faculty from Columbia's Business School, Sociology Department, and Psychology Department. This research will be published in academic journals and will inform academic thinking on global leadership at institutions around the world. Additional content, including tools related to personality and culture, and a video library with applied leadership stories and tips from faculty and business leaders, will appear in 2014.
