Issue Identified: Office 2013 Activation Error (Active)

An issue has been identified where opening an Office application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) generates a product activation error. Information will be provided to affected clients shortly about how to mitigate this issue. Using these applications via the web (https://mail.gsb.columbia.edu/) remains unaffected.
