First Agency is a whiteglove virtual event provider that specializes in event production and event management models. First Agency leverages the Intrado platform to provide event viewers with the features needed to collaborate at their event. Intrado provides an all in one solution for event production and management. First Agency specializes in custom solutions for dynamic and complex events with many moving parts. First Agency provides a premium solution that comes at a premium price point. The First Agency is best for events that require event marketing, whiteglove support, and a high level of customization.

Broadway Unlocked/Hopin is a whiteglove in person, virtual, and hybrid event management solution. Broadway Unlocked/Hopin provides a branded website, group meetings, 1:1 meetings, gamification, and so much more for any event. Hopin is an all in one solution for event management. Broadway Unlocked/Hopin is geared towards larger events that require white glove service with standard budgeting needs.

Whova is a bring your own streaming service solution that integrates with Zoom to provide engagement functionality. Whova has great features like a mobile app, networking tables, 1:1 video chats, Q&A sessions, and much more. Whova is a solution that can be used for virtual events or virtual career fairs as it provides features for both types of events. Whova is geared towards those that are budget conscious as it does not provide white glove service but provides many of the features the white glove services provide.

Zoom Webinar enables the streaming of large meetings as an add-on to your Zoom subscription. Zoom Webinar enables the meeting of 3000 participants to meet in a panel format. The speaker is able to conduct a meeting using features such as live chat, Q&A, and polling to engage with participants. After the event is complete, Zoom Webinar provides enhanced reporting to help gauge event engagement.

Zoom Free is the standard video conferencing software given to all that join CBS. Some will have elevated subscriptions depending on their role. Zoom free provides video conferencing capabilities on the web or on mobile devices. Zoom free allows for meetings with up to 100 participants for a maximum of 40 minutes. Zoom Free includes engagement tools such as public and private chat.
