The Leadership Lab, founded by Professor Michael Morris of the Management Division and led by Management Department faculty, draws on the School’s growing expertise in psychology and related social sciences. Leadership Lab activities are grounded in a proven blend of empirical assessment, experiential learning, and executive coaching. This combination helps students sharpen their self-awareness, judgment, and decision making and expand their abilities to solve problems. Leadership Lab activities, which will continue through the MBA experience from orientation to alumni reunions, have been integrated into core management classes such as Leadership Development, Power and Influence, and Organizational Change.
Through the confluence of different streams of the CBS experience, curricular and extracurricular, leadership capacities broaden and deepen.
Leadership Lab gratefully acknowledges the Deloitte Foundation for its signature sponsorship support from 2015-2017.
