Student Programming Begins Monday, May 10 after 5:45PM

Student Programming Ends Thursday, June 17.

IN-PERSON ON-CAMPUS PROGRAMMING

  • Monday- Thursday before 8:15AM and after 5:45PM
  • Tuesday and Thursday between 12:00PM- 1:45PM

IN-PERSON OFF-CAMPUS PROGRAMMING

  • Monday- Thursday before 8:15AM and after 5:45PM
  • Tuesday and Thursday between 12:00PM- 1:45PM
  • Friday-Sunday, all day

VIRTUAL PROGRAMMING

  • Monday- Thursday before 8:15AM and after 5:45PM
  • Tuesday and Thursday between 12:00PM- 1:45PM
  • Friday-Sunday, all day

Summer Break Programming Guide

Student Programming Begins Monday, June 28.

Student Programming Ends Monday, July 5.

  • Off-Campus programming can occur during this time with an approved exception request
    • All-day every day of the week

Summer Block Weeks Programming Guide

Student Programming Begins Tuesday, July 6 after 5:45PM.

Student Programming Ends Friday, August 13.

BOTH IN-PERSON ON-CAMPUS/OFF-CAMPUS & VIRTUAL PROGRAMMING

  • Monday- Friday after 5:45PM
  • OFF-CAMPUS  & VIRTUAL: Friday- Sunday, all day

Summer 2021 Blackout Dates & Times

  • Monday, May 31: Memorial Day
  • Tuesday, June 15, 12:30PM-1:30PM: Dean's Town Hall
  • All study days and final exam periods

The following activities should not occur during community blackout dates unless otherwise noted:

  • In-Person Events
  • Virtual Events

Club/cluster board meetings are allowed to occur during blackout days and times with the exception of individual academic conflicts (classes, exams, etc.)
