Cancellation Policy

The deadline to receive a refund for your registration is 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on August 31, 2018—please note this policy applies only to program registration and not hotels. Cancellations will be accepted by phone, fax, or email. Cancellation requests received after this deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Registrants who do not request a cancellation by the August 31 deadline and choose not to attend the event will not be eligible for a refund.
