Jean-Philippe Desbiolles is a senior executive with 20 years of experience leading innovative, cross-industry, and break-through projects, Mr. Desbiolles focuses on driving the reinvention of business institutions leveraging digital, artificial intelligence (AI), advanced analytics, and Internet of Things (IoT) capabilities.
Based on his conviction that cognitive technologies redefine the relationship between humans and machines and open incredible opportunities for business transformation for past seven years Mr. Desbiolles has invested in building IBM Watson Group practices. After respectively having led Cognitive Business in Singapore for all Southeast Asia, and the Banking Industry at the worldwide level at IBM’s New York headquarters, today Mr. Desbiolles leads the Cognitive Transformation team in France for all industries.
His core strengths lie in sales management, consulting, and delivery management in key areas such as client experience, front office transformation, and digital banking initiatives, with a specific focus on wealth management. Throughout his career, Jean-Philippe has worked closely with clients to redefine the customer journey by transforming operational models and proposing fully digital, disruptive go-to-market strategies.
Passionate about working in multicultural environments, Mr. Desbiolles has developed new business units and has established and reinforced critical business relationships with C-level executives in European, Asian, and US services markets.
He is the author of many articles and is a regular speaker at international conferences and business TV debates on AI, transformation, ethics, and technology. He is also a regular contributor on specific Executive MBA education sessions on these topics.
