Ms. Lambert currently manages EMA’s Paris office. Areas of her expertise include cosmetics and luxury goods; healthcare; and retail and consumer goods. Her clients range from multinational companies to family and privately-owned businesses, including startups.
After earning a PhD in pharmacy from Paris V University and a master’s degree in marketing management from ESSEC Business School, Ms. Lambert began her career at Searle. She then joined L’Oréal as marketing director for the cosmetic brand La Roche-Posay before advancing to director of communications for L’Oréal Paris.
Prior to joining EMA, Ms. Lambert gained extensive experience in the executive search and leadership advisory arena. She has worked for Korn Ferry and created her own consulting firm which is now a part of EMA Partners International.
Ms. Lambert is certified in MBTI® (the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, the most well-known personality assessment instrument) and performs worldwide assessments using the Dynamic Decision® method for clients across industry sectors. She also teaches at ESSEC and is founder of the L’Oréal Alumni Association.
